Young professionals play a crucial role in shaping the development of curriculua for public health. Their fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and familiarity with emerging technologies are invaluable assets in designing comprehensive and adaptable educational frameworks. As the future leaders in public health, they bring a nuanced understanding of contemporary challenges and the evolving needs of communities. Moreover, their diverse backgrounds and experiences enrich the curriculum, ensuring it reflects the realities of a rapidly changing world.

Engaging young professionals fosters a sense of ownership and commitment to the field, driving continuous improvement and relevance. By actively involving them in curriculum development, institutions can ensure that the next generation of public health professionals is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to address complex global health issues effectively.

As part of the ASPHER-WHO CCP we have strived from early on in the proccess and programme to ensure that young professionals have a voice and feel connected to the new educatiuonal systems which need to develop on the back step of changing public health landscapes.

An overview of the CCP was presented, presenting also how enriched the programme is due to having many young professionals as part of the CCP team. Presenting the benifits gained from fostering relationships, enriching formative experiences to even working with different public health bodies across the European region.
